Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve excellence in our welcoming Cooplands bakery. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and engage the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have team leader experience or experience within hospitality/retail and are ready to step into a managerial role. Availability to work between 6.00am and 18.00pm is essential, although we can be flexible to accommodate your needs.
