As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.
Job DescriptionThis Band 5 nursing position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your main duties will include:
- Providing clinical care to patients to an extremely high standard, ensuring the trust policies are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining excellent communication and relationships within the unit as well as at a multidisciplinary level in order to provide and maintain outstanding patient care.
- Be willing to undertake regular training in order to learn and develop as well as consolidating existing skills.
