About the Role

Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited is seeking a skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving category management and sourcing initiatives to deliver commercial value and ensure resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain category plans aligned with business and technology strategy to create commercial value and ensure resilience.
  • Lead on end-to-end sourcing activity, negotiating contracts and supporting the onboarding of suppliers through a robust due diligence process.
  • Establish a robust governance framework to manage supplier relationships, ensuring contract obligations are met and commercial value is delivered.

About You

  • Experience working across the business, collaborating with senior stakeholders to build category plans.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of leading high-value, complex negotiations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscapes in Financial Services and understanding of EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing.
  • Good data analytics skills, with the ability to understand financial, economic, risk, and contractual data.
