Procurement Category Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key member of our procurement division, you will be responsible for providing specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
  • Provide category analysis, planning, and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement services on major projects and programmes.
  • Contract development and management, including drafting and negotiation.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in category management, sourcing strategies, and procurement planning.
  • Good knowledge of public sector procurement rules and regulations.
  • Ability to manage work/business development/career development activities.
