Job Title: Property Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Sales Specialist to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Property Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting customers, surveying their properties, and providing solutions to address or prevent property preservation and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers to survey their properties and determine solutions to address or prevent property preservation and maintenance issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • Relevant experience within the construction, building maintenance or preservation industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Excellent problem solver.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
