About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Bridgwater. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering operational services across all areas of the business. Your expertise in HR matters and excellent organisational skills will ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line advice and guidance to people managers on HR-related matters
  • Coordinate, attend and provide support for Employee Relations meetings as required
  • Track and provide data as requested, using it to suggest innovative initiatives that drive continual improvement within the function
  • Work with and support the unionised workforce on site
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher
  • Previous experience working with a unionised workforce
  • Understanding of HR legislation
  • Proven experience advising on HR associated matters
