Job Description

Yolk Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier accounts.
  • Process card payments from clients via phone.
  • Balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Efficiently manage staff expense claims.
  • Perform general financial administrative duties.
  • Assist in recovering outstanding payments when needed.

The estimated salary range for this role is £23,500-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You
  • Proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of purchase/sales ledger processes.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
