Purchase and Sales Ledger Coordinator

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Purchase and Sales Ledger Coordinator to join their team in the UK. This role offers a chance to contribute to the company's financial success.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of purchase/sales ledger processes, with experience in handling supplier accounts, processing payments, and managing expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase Ledger: Maintaining accurate supplier accounts and ensuring timely payments.
- Card Payments: Handling client payments over the phone.
- Bank Reconciliations: Verifying account balances and resolving discrepancies.
- Expense Processing: Overseeing employee expense claims.
- Financial Administration: Performing tasks to maintain organisational efficiency.
- Credit Control Support: Supporting credit control efforts to recover outstanding payments.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a similar position, with expertise in purchase/sales ledger processes.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
A competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development.
