About the Opportunity

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Purchase and Sales Ledger Coordinator to join their team in the UK. This role offers a chance to contribute to the company's financial success.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of purchase/sales ledger processes, with experience in handling supplier accounts, processing payments, and managing expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase Ledger: Maintaining accurate supplier accounts and ensuring timely payments.
  • Card Payments: Handling client payments over the phone.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Verifying account balances and resolving discrepancies.
  • Expense Processing: Overseeing employee expense claims.
  • Financial Administration: Performing tasks to maintain organisational efficiency.
  • Credit Control Support: Supporting credit control efforts to recover outstanding payments.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a similar position, with expertise in purchase/sales ledger processes.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
What We Offer
