About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.



Responsibilities

  • Companionship - providing emotional support and building strong relationships with our clients
  • Personal Care - assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Medication Management - reminding clients to take their medication and collecting prescriptions
  • Meal Preparation - preparing healthy meals and snacks for our clients
  • Household Duties - maintaining a clean and safe living environment
  • Errands and Transportation - accompanying clients on outings and running errands
  • Mobility Assistance - supporting clients with mobility issues


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt. You will also require a basic understanding of personal care and medication management.
