Physiotherapist in Neurological Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Neurological Rehabilitation Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with a wide range of acquired neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients with neurological conditions
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
About the Role:
This is a part-time opportunity, working 3 days per week. You will have the flexibility to work from home and will be expected to have a full, current driving license and access to a car.
