Physiotherapist in Neurological Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our small, dynamic team in the Neurological Rehabilitation Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with a wide range of acquired neurological conditions in the Winchester, Eastleigh, and Andover area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an autonomous practitioner in a community setting with flexible working patterns and the option of home-based working. You will have the chance to develop your career in a specialist role and contribute to the care of our patients.
We are committed to providing ongoing education and training opportunities to support your professional development. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to adults with acquired neurological conditions
- Work as an autonomous practitioner in a community setting
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Contribute to the development of our service and multidisciplinary team
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
Requirements:
- Current driving license and access to a car
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy
- Experience working in neurological rehabilitation
