Physiotherapist in Neurological Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Neurological Rehabilitation Service. As a specialist in neurological rehabilitation, you will work with adults with a wide range of acquired neurological conditions in the Winchester, Eastleigh, and Andover area.
This is a part-time vacancy, working 3 days per week, offering flexible working patterns and the option of home-based working. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in a specialist role and work as an autonomous practitioner in a community setting.
We are committed to your continuing professional development and will provide educational opportunities to support your growth. A full, current driving license and access to a car are required for this role.
About Our TrustHampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides medical and surgical services to a population of approximately 600,000 people across Hampshire and parts of West Berkshire. We are one of only two centres in the UK treating pseudomyxoma peritonei and leaders in the field of tertiary liver cancer and colorectal cancer.
Key Responsibilities- Work with adults with acquired neurological conditions in a community setting
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Degree level education or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through any combination of alternative study or employment experience
- Able to demonstrate a good command of the English language both written and verbally
- Understanding of quality improvement techniques
