Stroke Team Therapy Assistant

Do you enjoy helping others achieve their goals? We have an exciting opportunity to join our stroke team as a full time band 3 Therapy assistant, rehabilitating our stroke patients whilst they are on the stroke units at HHFT.
You can make a real difference to patients' lives and help them build a future following a stroke.
Your role will involve working alongside highly specialised Stroke Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech and Language Therapists within the hospital setting.
You will work directly with the therapists to deliver rehabilitation as well as deliver exercise programmes independently to aid patients in their recovery
You can expect to receive a robust induction and competency training programme. This will be further developed through regular training and supervision sessions with senior members of the team.
