Job Title: Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving and Events)

Percival is excited to be working exclusively with Positively UK to help them recruit for a new Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving and Events) to join their team.

Positively UK is a leading provider in peer support services for people living with HIV. They are a small, friendly, and diverse team committed to improving the quality of life of people living with HIV.

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative, personable, and collaborative individual to lead the creation and delivery of individual giving fundraising activities. The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in individual giving fundraising, with a proven track record of planning, implementing, and evaluating individual giving campaigns across various channels.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify and optimize new fundraising opportunities to help grow income for the organization. They will also be responsible for transforming marketing and communication channels, reaching out to new supporters, and providing excellent stewardship to existing ones through creating a range of opportunities for involvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individual giving fundraising strategies to grow income for the organization
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate individual giving campaigns across various channels
  • Identify and optimize new fundraising opportunities to help grow income for the organization
  • Transform marketing and communication channels to reach out to new supporters and provide excellent stewardship to existing ones
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in individual giving fundraising
  • A proven track record of planning, implementing, and evaluating individual giving campaigns across various channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
