Job Title: Clinical Care Leader
Location: Dungannon
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead our dedicated care facility in providing high standards of clinical care, staff leadership, and operational excellence.
About the Role:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Manage care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting dignity and respect.
- Oversee staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
- Build relationships with residents and families, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and support to residents.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the care facility, including staffing, budgets, and resources.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including those related to elderly care.
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Active NMC registration.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
- 2 years' minimum in a senior nursing role.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Sound knowledge of statutory care requirements, particularly in elderly care.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
