Role Overview: Elliot Marsh is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including commercial developments and listed building restorations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments.
  • To manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
  • To provide expert advice on compliance with building regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • To collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You Will Need:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in building surveying.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • An interest or experience in working with heritage or listed buildings is advantageous.
