About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will conduct building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments, as well as manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
  • This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote working combined with the opportunity to engage on-site and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments to inform project decisions.
  • Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Providing expert advice on compliance with building regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in building surveying.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • An interest or experience in working with heritage or listed buildings is advantageous.
