Construction and Heritage Specialist

Elliot Marsh has a new opportunity for a Construction and Heritage Specialist to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, including commercial developments and listed building restorations.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will conduct building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments, as well as manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote working combined with the opportunity to engage on-site and in the office.
- Conducting thorough building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments to inform project decisions.
- Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Providing expert advice on compliance with building regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in building surveying.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- An interest or experience in working with heritage or listed buildings is advantageous.
- A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
