Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to join our Landmark & Heritage Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and team members
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering)
- Proven track record of success in project management roles
- Strong communication and leadership skills

What We Offer
- Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Yearly discretionary performance bonus in December
- Car allowance plus reasonable travel expenses
- 26 days annual leave per annum increasing with service plus Bank Holidays
- Two paid volunteering days per annum
- Private medical insurance, personal accident cover
- Pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution)
