Turner & Townsend Group is seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering successful projects and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Job Description
  • Establish project objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an advantage
  • Relevant experience working for a construction consultancy is desirable
  • 7-15 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • MEP engineering qualification and/or background
  • Experience working on various real estate projects
  • Knowledge of BIM, LEED, and other sustainability standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including comprehensive training, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive team environment.
