Job Overview

To service inbound survey quotes and instructions, converting quotes into instructions and processing the associated internal admin and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calling conveyancing leads to discuss survey options
  • Taking customers through the survey options and converting them into sales
  • Hitting daily call targets
  • Allocating the survey instruction to the available surveyor
  • Communicating with customers on survey dates
  • Monitoring the completion of scheduled surveys
  • Daily and weekly reporting on survey work and revenues
  • Providing additional support/cover for other members of the Surveys service team when needed

Requirements

  • IT literate to a good standard
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent understanding of customer service standards
  • Excellent telephone manner
