The Opportunity
We are looking for a Surveys Sales Consultant to effectively manage inbound survey leads and successfully convert them into sales whilst managing the administration associated with the role. You will provide the customer with technical advice and guidance when required.
The role will involve:
Logging inbound leads onto CRMLiaising with customers on their survey requirementsSupplying customers with quotesTaking payments from customers on the WorldPay systemProcessing all administration associated with successful salesReporting on your lead sources and revenues on a weekly basisAbout You
You will need to have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with previous sales or customer service experience, coupled with;
IT literacy and competence with Microsoft OfficePossessing an understanding of customer service standardsKnowledge of the domestic property surveys industry would be an advantageBeing self-motivated and sales driven-
