Support Worker for Young Adults

Horizon Care & Education offers a rewarding career opportunity as a Support Worker for Young Adults. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team, providing person-centered care to young people with autism in a residential setting.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to support daily life activities, including hobbies, morning routines, meals, and relaxation. As part of a small team, you will work together to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
Salary: £24,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- SUPPORT DAILY LIFE ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH AUTISM
- PROVIDE PERSON-CENTERED CARE IN A RESIDENTIAL SETTING
- WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE TEAM TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT
