The Role

This position involves working as part of a dedicated team to deliver practical and emotional care, enabling service users to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing individual support plans and activities in a challenging environment

  • Supporting daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social events
  • Accurately recording progress and observations as required
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality care
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
  • Experience supporting adults with complex needs, including challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and mental health issues
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confidence in working independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for supporting vulnerable adults and commitment to safeguarding best practices
