About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Key Client Sales Professional to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, trusting client relationships with Key Decision Makers to identify, qualify, and close solution opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in all agreed areas
  • Hit Activity KPIs on designated Calling Days
  • Sell the full range of BT's products and services
  • Build strong, trusting client relationships
  • Account manage your client base
  • Enthusiastically contribute to your own personal development
  • Populate and use CRM tools & Intelligent Tools as required for your role
  • Respond to leads provided within 24 hours
  • Provide Desk Based Agents with feedback on Leads within 24 hours
  • Ensure a positive customer experience is achieved with every client interaction
  • Be competent and thorough with the ordering processes
  • Constructively work as part of one sales team

Essential

  • Sales and or consulting experience
  • Minimum 2 years relevant business/work experience
