We are looking for a Client Care Executive to join our team in Lichfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients with a wide range of Private Client matters and providing exceptional client care.

About the Role:

  • Supporting Fee Earners and Clients across various Private Client matters
  • Establishing, building, and sustaining professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external agencies
  • Providing excellent levels of client care with empathy and understanding

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to promote a culture of teamwork and excellence. Opportunities for progression are available within our firm, and you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package and competitive remuneration. Our estimated salary for this role is £29,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters
  • Providing exceptional client experiences on a daily basis
  • Building professional and credible relationships with clients and peers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives

Compensation and Benefits:

Our working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme and life assurance.
