Job Overview

Peter Alan Estate Agency is seeking a Home Lending Specialist to join their team in Bridgend. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, with a realistic year one OTE of £45,000.

  • You will provide expert advice on mortgage products and services, helping customers achieve their goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be CeMap qualified or equivalent, with a full UK driving license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and build strong alliances.
