About the Role
We're seeking an experienced engineering professional to join our Nuclear Power and Engineering Technical Services (NPETS) business. As a Nuclear Power Engineering Lead, you'll play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions for the UK's nuclear fleet.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex engineering solutions that meet time, cost, and quality targets.
- Ensure the delivery of nuclear power structures, systems, and components while addressing nuclear safety and regulatory requirements.
- Guide projects through the nuclear investment delivery process, from FEED to commissioning.
- Support Project Managers with resource planning, cost management, and risk control.
- Implement projects in alignment with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements
We're looking for a high-calibre engineering professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline with significant design experience.
- Expertise in Mechanical, Process, EC&I, Structural Integrity, or Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrable experience in the Nuclear Sector (or similarly highly regulated environments), particularly working with the UK's nuclear power stations.
- A proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including change control and risk mitigation.
