National Sales Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify new business opportunities and work with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and match them to the company's product portfolio.
* Develop and maintain contact networks across the entire decision-making tree within larger trusts and groups.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of sales targets.
**Requirements**
* Proven sales experience with a focus on new business generation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong understanding of the care and hospital sector and its dynamics.
**Benefits**
* Competitive salary: £47,500 per annum.
* OTE 30% and uncapped commission
* 25 days' holiday (increasing to 26 after 2 years, 27 after 4 years, and 28 after 5 years)
