About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance and Compliance Director to join our team at Menlo Park. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our practices meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and compliance strategies to meet CQC regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide training and support to our staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet regulatory requirements.
