Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The Residential Child Care Worker will provide care and support to young people in a safe and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment towards positively influencing the lives of young people and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with challenging behavior
  • Registered with or eligible to be registered with the SSSC
