Commercial Leader for MOTHER UK

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the revenue generating functions of the UK Structure for MOTHER Denim, as well as providing operational support/oversight of the UK Company.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost sales and maximize profits in the UK.
- Manage the sales team including the Account Manager, the retail coordinators (reporting to the Account Manager) and the Assistant AE.
- Provide style projections for each collection within the deadlines communicated.
- Manage the UK Major department store and Mini Majors orders & day to day business.
- Manage UK team department goals, budget goals, order deadlines and visual retail requirements.
Requirements
- 5-10 years UK sales or buying experience within the denim or contemporary product categories.
- Strong and established relationships with the UK Major Accounts and the Independent doors.
- Proven success in areas of people management, coaching, and development.
- Strong Retail numeracy skill set and commercial acumen.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
