Job Description

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Neighbourhood Manager at our newly acquired Perry Barr Commonwealth Games site. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of cleaning and property management, particularly Health and Safety.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising estate caretakers on a day-to-day basis, which includes undertaking one-to-ones, return to work interviews, identifying training needs, setting targets, undertaking risk assessments, and dealing with any performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake daily patrols of the neighbourhood to improve and help maintain kerb appeal and address Flytipping.
  • Conduct Daily Block Inspections.
  • Report Repairs to contractors.
  • Carry out basic repairs and maintenance in line with training provided.
  • Inspect relief rooms.
  • Complete driver training to drive large vehicles.

A full valid driving license is a requirement for this post. We offer a competitive salary of £26,409 - £32,654, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining the high standards of our new block.
