Your Role


CEVA Logistics seeks a talented Warehouse Solution Design Engineer to join their Contract Logistics Solution Design team. As a key member of the team, you will provide innovative and cost-effective customer solutions.


Responsibilities



  • Undertake projects from data analysis and warehouse modeling to the preparation of detailed costings using warehouse design tools.
  • Aid senior management with the production of proposals, producing tangible outcomes and contributing to key presentations.
  • Conduct operational solution reviews alongside business development managers to gain operational sign off.
  • Actively contribute to key contract implementations and other off-site projects that require solution design expertise.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience of managing or leading operational improvement projects.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex information to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in building strong working relationships with stakeholders, with experience in partnering with project management and business development teams.

Desirable Skills



  • Experience in a solutions design role with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in preparing warehouse layouts, analyzing operational costs, and using modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD or equivalent).
  • Background in one or more of the following sectors: E-Commerce, Healthcare, Consumer Retail, Technology, Automotive, Industrial, Food and Beverage.
