Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at our Ashby-de-la-Zouch site. This exciting opportunity involves managing Scale Up processes from R&D through to robust manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable manufacturing processes for new products
  • Collaborate with R&D to ensure thorough Design for Manufacturing Evaluation (DFMEA)
  • Work with Quality and Manufacturing to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks
  • Design and implement process improvements to achieve/exceed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Source and specify equipment, machinery, and tooling to support manufacturing operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with chemical blending processes and various production equipment
  • An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
