Bid Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bid Manager to join our team at Unipart Rail in Doncaster. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, acting as a key touch point for bids for all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of proposals to meet business targets for growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resources needed to develop compelling proposals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement effective bid strategies to meet business objectives.
- Proven experience in bid management, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail.
