About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our Clarion Asia Team. The successful candidate will work on our flagship events, Design Shanghai and Design Shenzhen, developing relationships with clients, enhancing their experience, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative selling to existing and potential clients, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Identify new growth areas for sales, enhancing our offerings and service portfolio.
  • Provide feedback on product offerings and barriers to conversion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop market and product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Attend industry events, building personal networks and advocating our brand.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a sales environment.
  • Fluency in Italian is desirable.
  • Consultative and solutions-focused, with the ability to create bespoke propositions for clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and a true team player.
  • Ability to work with high levels of integrity, always doing the right thing.
  • Curiosity about the design industry, with a desire to become a true expert.
