Job Description

We are looking for a Trust Administrator to perform various administrative and clerical tasks, including providing support to our CEO and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and be able to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills.

About Us

Govanhill Baths Community Trust is a grassroots anchor organization based in Govanhill. Our goal is to re-open the Govanhill Baths as a Wellbeing Centre and contribute to the wider social, health, cultural, and built regeneration of Govanhill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the CEO and employees
  • Managing daily office needs and administrative activities
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the organization

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a similar environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £16,136.29 (full-time equivalent £26,893.82) and a 4% pension contribution. This role is a fixed-term position from 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2026.

Working Hours

The role is based on a 22.5-hour workweek, spread over three days, with regular breaks throughout the day.
