About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Crowne Plaza Leeds. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless food and beverage operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant, bar, and lounge staff
  • Coach and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and food preparation
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
