About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Crowne Plaza Leeds. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless food and beverage operations, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant, bar, and lounge staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and data analysis, to support informed decision-making.
