Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

At Valor Hospitality Europe, we're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Crowne Plaza Leeds. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless food and beverage operations, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Coach and train team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and hygiene in the food and beverage department.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maximize opportunities to sell and promote our hotel's services and amenities.
  • Administer and maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service and maintain high standards of presentation and quality.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
