About the Role

This SEN School TA role involves working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support for students with special needs. You will assist students with daily activities, including personal care and mobility, and support the implementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).

  • You will work collaboratively with other professionals to identify and address student needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements

To be successful in this SEN School TA role, you will need:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., special education, childcare, or related area).
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
