Job Description

We are seeking a Special Education Assistant to join our team at SANZA Teaching Agency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to make a real difference in their lives. As a Special Education Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans, provide emotional support and encouragement to students, and help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs, either as a teaching assistant or in a similar capacity. They should be able to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children who may be experiencing challenging behaviors. A willingness to learn and develop your skills is also essential, as you will be working with a diverse range of students with varying needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing personalized learning plans with teachers
  2. Providing emotional support and encouragement to students
  3. Assisting with personal care tasks and supporting students with their daily routines
  4. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
