Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen and food service area, adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures.
  • Support Kitchen Operations: Assist with food preparation, cleaning, and organization of kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with other departments to ensure efficient operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Comply with Burhill Golf & Leisure's personnel policies and procedures, including COSHH training and guidelines.
  • Close Down Procedures: Assist with closing down the kitchen and reporting to the duty manager when completed.
