Kitchen Porter Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team at Burhill Golf & Leisure. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen and food service areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the kitchen and food service areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
  • Maintain cleaning schedules and records to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
  • Work effectively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the duty manager.
