Job Title: Kitchen Porter
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent service to our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Carry out general manual duties as directed by the Head Chef, including cleaning, washing, and disinfecting the bin room and other areas.
- Economize on the use of chemicals and disposable items, and liaise with the Sous Chef to order new stock as needed.
- Provide excellent service to our guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Carry out safe cleaning of floors using appropriate warning signs.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Sous Chef.
Requirements:
- You must be aged 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
