Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking skilled Healthcare Professionals to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our long-term care facilities, home support and home health teams, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and planning, implementing and providing personal and nursing care to patients
- Administer oral, subcutaneous and intramuscular medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
