Job Description

Mondelēz International seeks a skilled Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment on a continental shift pattern, collaborating with Engineering and Operational teams to achieve optimum plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Maintenance Planner to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution.
  • Support and coach operators to optimize production processes.
  • Conduct reactive and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Implement IL6S work process systems, including PM Pillar, Kaizens, Tags, OPLs, and 5S.
  • Train and coach operators on PM-AM Knowledge Transfer.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Lead and support Breakdown Analysis to identify root causes.
  • Analyze data to implement loss reduction projects and other improvements.
  • Source and order replacement parts as needed.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of problem-solving techniques and strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of IL6S work processes and experience implementing them.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information effectively to peers, operational staff, and engineering management.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably SAP PM.
  • A passion for excellence and tenacity to deliver results in a challenging environment.
  • Experience in process and packaging plant operations in the food manufacturing industry is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per annum, plus benefits, including relocation support for eligible candidates.
