Cover Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for covering classes when teachers are absent and supervising pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes and ensure pupil safety and well-being
  • Support pupils in understanding lesson material
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lessons
  • Communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members

Requirements:

  • No qualifications necessary, but experience working with children or in the care sector is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
