SEND Teaching Assistant Role in Chatham, Kent
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Education. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to children in a primary setting.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND or in a SEND setting, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Assist with classroom activities and lessons as required
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEND or in a SEND setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
