Senior Accounts Payable Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance team in Leatherhead. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable function for multiple entities and will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices, credit notes and payments are processed accurately and promptly, within agreed timeframes. Invoices are a mixture of automated (via Procure Wizard) and manually processed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process all invoices, credit notes and payments accurately and promptly.
  2. Create and propose payment runs to the Management Accountant and FC.
  3. Manage business and supplier queries, ensuring all issues are resolved within a timely manner and payment delays do not result in issues with suppliers.
  4. Complete monthly statement reconciliations and reviews.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a senior Accounts Payable role.
  2. Excellent attention to detail.
  3. Self-motivated, able to work towards deadlines.
  4. Able to work independently, as well as a strong team player.
